Weekly Updates/ Reminders:
- ACTION: PAST Assessment for ALL K-2 students, scores were due in Tyler by May 31, 2019.
- Ensure you see the email sent Sunday, May 27 regarding check out procedures,
- Please be reminded that classrooms should not be taken down while students are still in attendance.
- Q4 Grading Window will be open May 28 - June 4
- Field Day Monday, June 3rd, 2019--teacher are able to wear appropriate athletic gear for Field Day.

Daily Attendance Check
No later then 9:20 am EVERYDAY (Make sure you check your attendance twice a day). Please continue reaching out to families when students are absent, we MUST encourage our parents to bring their kids to school daily!

- K-2: PAST Assessment in Tyler June 1st, 2019.
- Student Engagement- We know that it's getting warm and students are getting excited school is almost out, student engagement is the key to ensuring that students stay focused and on task.
- Instruction and learning is still at the forefront of our minds-we continue to hold ourselves and our students to high expectations.
Weekly Cultural LOOK-FORS:
- As we move forward in the year, please continue to implement restorative practices(safe seat, conference, buddy room, conference) and flow chart when addressing behavior.
- Expectations set and enforced that are connected to the culture of learning required for academic success.

- Golden Ticket Pop-Tart Attendance Incentives Monday June 3rd, 2019 @ 8:30 am. (Students MUST have their Golden Ticket to participate).

- Mr. Cherry- being the best Master or Ceremony a school could ask for!
- Mrs. Grossman- for jumping in to help and support our kids and families wherever needed and making last minute changes for our attendance party like "A BOSS!"
- Mrs. Mei Williams- assisting in making the kindergarten and 6th grade promotion more enjoyable with beautiful music selections from our students.
