What is it?

A leader that exemplifies the characteristic of integrity, does not make false or unattainable claims. They do not say what sounds good or what they think will improve their public image. A person with integrity does what he or she believes in and stands up for those beliefs. In addition, they are more concerned with being heard and sharing their opinion than with what someone may say or think about them after they have shared.
