What Will We Be Learning This Week??
Writing: We will review all the different genres of writing we have learned and practiced this year. We will get to choose which genre we want to write about.
Phonics/Grammar: We will continue tackling tricky words when reading and writing. We will practice with prefixes at the beginning of words.
Math: We will classify and sort three-dimensional solids, including: spheres, cones, cylinders, cubes, rectangular prisms, and pyramids based on attributes using formal geometric language.
Social Studies: We will explain the choices people make about earning, saving, and spending money through listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Science: We will investigate how seasonal changes affect organisms' behavior.
Important Dates:
- March 31st - Pop Up Library Check Out! (12:00-1:00)
- April 2nd - No school - Bad Weather Day
- April 5th - No school
