If you need to unwind, destress and get rid of those aches and pains after sitting around too long at your desk, why not take up Pilates and join us in a three week introductory course starting:-

Over the 3 sessions you will learn:-

  • how to relax and breathe more deeply
  • see your stress levels fall
  • see your posture improve
  • do exercises to specifically flatten that stomach
  • and tone up those thighs

Cost of three week course is £27. Click here to make payment. You will be provided with beginners booklet and access to videos of the basic exercises.

Pilates is suitable for all abilities, however if you have a specific back/joint problem, it may be better to arrange a one to one session that is more appropriate for you. If you have any queries in this regard, please contact Helen on 07956 520767.
