Introduction to Pilates

Over the 3 sessions you will learn:-
- how to relax and breathe more deeply
- see your stress levels fall
- see your posture improve
- do exercises to specifically flatten that stomach
- and tone up those thighs

Cost of three week course is £27. Click here to make payment. You will be provided with beginners booklet and access to videos of the basic exercises.
