Greater Andover Days: Sept. 28 - Oct. 1
GAD Parade: Cottonwood Float Details
Cottonwood will show their school pride with a float in the GAD parade and we need your help! Join the PTO in decorating this year's float. Click here to sign up for a time to help.
If you are unable to help with the construction of the float but would still like to contribute, we are in need of donated bags of candy. These can be dropped off in the Cottonwood office from now until September 29.
You do not need to help with the construction of the float to walk in the parade.
The GAD parade will be on Saturday, Sept. 30 at 10 a.m. and will start in the parking lots at Andover High School and Cottonwood Elementary School. If you are walking in the parade, we are meeting at the Cottonwood float at 9:30 a.m. (location to be determined).
This year's theme is "Fifty and Fabulous." Our float will be a 1950's float decorated with items from that era. If you are able, please have your children wear 1950's themed clothing for the parade (this is not mandatory, just suggested). This could include: jeans rolled up to the ankle, white t-shirts with the sleeves rolled up, poodle skirts, pink or black jackets and neck scarves. We do ask that parents please walk with their children during the parade.
We look forward to a wonderful parade filled with Cottonwood spirit and pride!
