Noodles ramen, udon, soba, mein, egg noodles Bread, Pastries, Crackers, Baked Goods Cereal and Granola Breakfast Foods Breading & Coating Mixes.
Food that has no gluten in it.
difficulty breathing, nasal congestion, mouth itchiness, sneezing, dry coughing, tingling sensations in the mouth, passing out, dizziness, throwing up, nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, eczema, and hives.
Pain in the abdomen or joints burning in the chest
bloating, diarrhea, fat in stool, nausea, or flatulence.
A 7 day diet that eliminates all wheat and barley and rye that has gluten in it.
