Halo Notes
St. Louis Catholic High School l Thurs., January 7, 2021
Principal's Message
Also, as a former school librarian, I was thrilled to see the participation among our students, but most impressively a large number of faculty and staff members, who participated in the latest reading challenge. Please encourage your child to visit the school library or visit the LIBRARY TEAM to find out how to download audio and ebooks. There's nothing better than a great book to turn a dreary January into an exciting adventure.

New Saints Faculty Spotlight
Name: Katrina (Broussard) Freeman '96
Years in Education: 17 (McNeese, LSUE, Sowela)
Subject: Geometry
Favorite Quote: "Do or do not. There is no try." - Yoda
Favorite thing about teaching at St. Louis Catholic: I've really enjoyed being able to shape and mold younger minds, and encourage them to love math as much as I do. Also, as a graduate of St. Louis ('96), it has been wonderful to contribute to the mission of my alma mater.
