Architecture
Architecture is what you want to visit in the breathtaking city of Rome. It simply changes your aspect and imagination. The Colosseum is the most famous piece of architecture in Rome. It's in the heart of the city and the largest amphitheater in the world, and was built for design and entertainment. The Roman Forum is where ceremonies and business took place. It's in the central area of the city. It was built for a few monuments which were added in by the Roman Empire. The Arch of Malborghetto is a four fronted arch of the 4th century in C.E. In the 11th century it became a fortified church. After visiting the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, and The Arch of Malborghetto, you will have experienced a life changing series of beautiful monuments and buildings you will never forget.
Museums
Museums will bring you back in time to Ancient Rome. One of the museums in Rome is the National Roman Museum, also known as Plazzo Massimo alle Terme. In the museum there are many sculptures, frescoes, and mosaics. Some of the sculptures are of emperors, princes, and princesses. This museum was made in the 19th century, and is full of culture. Crypta- balbi is a historic museum in Rome that used to be an annexe theater. Cornelius Balbus created it In 13 BCE. Now it is a city-block museum of the historic center of Rome. Now, lets talk about St Paul's Gate and Museum of the Ostian Way, In Italian, it is Porta San Paolo. This museum is part of the complex Aurelian walls. It used to just be the St Paul's Gate, now the gate is part of the Museum of Ostian Way. These museums and many more will change your perspective on the history of Ancient Rome.
Food
Everyone loves to eat, and Rome has some wonderful restaurants for all budgets and tastes. When the sun rises and it's breakfast time, make your way to a local cafe to enjoy the traditional coffee and pastry. Coffee is associated with good conversation and community, so you might even make a friend along the way! When it's lunchtime, head on down La Frascetta- easily one of the best pizzerias in Rome.
