Grapevine-Colleyville Chambers of Commerce visit to CA
This past Thursday, Colleyville and Grapevine Chambers of Commerce visited Collegiate Academy to learn more about our great school. We had a panel of students share why they chose to attend Collegiate Academy, what their next step is after graduation, and one of the five Strategies for Success that really hits home for them. Grapevine and Colleyville community members were impressed with the maturity of our upperclassmen and their ability to articulate their journey, reflect on past successes and failures, and learn from both. Because they shared their stories, community members had the opportunity to get a glimpse into the hard work and commitment that it takes for our students to graduate with both a high school diploma and an Associate Degree in four years. I’m very proud of the leaders who represented Collegiate Academy to our community!

Attendance is so important for your student’s high school and college success, and it is how we receive funding. Please make sure that your student is attending both their high school and TCC classes.
Login to Skyward Family Access to view your student’s absence. Teachers will be reaching out to you if your child has had three or more unexcused absences.
Study Hall on Your Schedule
If you log into Skyward and see a Study Hall on your schedule, you should remain in the Common Area during that class period. If you need to go to the TCC campus to meet with an instructor, take a test, or check out a book at the library, that’s okay. You must check out and check back in at the front office. You may not go to the TCC campus without checking out.
December STAAR EOC Retests
If you did not meet expectations on your Spring 2022 STAAR EOC test, you should be attending STAAR prep tutorials with your teacher. You can do this, and your teachers are here to help! December retest will take place on the follow dates:
December 6 - English I Retest
December 7 - Algebra I & US History Retest
December 8 - English II Retest
December 9 - Biology Retest
