This is how much water we use
Water Usage
The average person will need 5 liters of water to drink daily, to survive in a moderate climate with little activity. An average of each person uses about 80-100 gallons of water per day, but the average American uses 100 to 175 gallons of water per day. We use around 4 trillion cubic meters of fresh water a year. Every day, you cost 21%of water by washing machine, which is 25-30 gallons of water.21% water by shower, which is 17.2 gallons. And you coast 3% of dish washing. Which is 6 gallons of water. In California, the average of water that per person use per day is 50 gallons. And people use 16.8% for shower, 26.7% for toilet, 15.7% for faucet, 13.7% for leaks, 21.7 % for clothes washer, and 5.3% for other.
