NEW BELL SCHEDULE

NEW BELL SCHEDULE

Our Student Council students embarked on a mission to gather feedback on the bell schedule needs of all middle school students this past week. They made some recommendations to the Middle School teachers, and we now have a new bell schedule designed specifically to address student concerns and desires. Great job, Student Council and Dealey Students for sharing your ideas!


This new bell schedule will begin on Tuesday (after our Labor Day weekend break). See the new BELL SCHEDULE.

PowerSchool Grades Platform

All students have access to their PowerSchool grades via Clever.com once they have successfully changed their password (https://mypassword.dallasisd.org). Grades are updated regularly for all classes by the end of school on Fridays. Please check grades regularly.


All Parents have access to their child's live grades on PowerSchool at https://dallasisd.powerschool.com/public . If you need an access code, please contact the Dealey main office at 972-794-8400. See this document for more information.

Math/Algebra Tutoring Starts Tuesday!

Mrs. Emery & Mrs. Nguyen are volunteering their time on Tuesday afternoons to provide free math tutoring after school from 3:50-4:50pm. Students must be up-to-date on their videos & video notes to qualify for tutoring each week. This will help us provide help to students who have demonstrated effort and are still struggling with material. Click here for more information about after school tutoring

CLUB NEWS:

  • Debate: 6th grades are now approved to participate in our Middle School Debate competitions! If you know of anyone who wants to join, please contact Ms. Smith (aasmith@dallasisd.org)

DISD requires all students K-12 to complete school registration each year. Visit https://choose.dallasisd.org/login to complete registration for your student. North Texas Giving Day

On Thursday, September 22, 2022, Dealey PTA is participating in Communities Foundation of Texas’ NTX Giving Day, a one-day online giving extravaganza for our whole region. We invite you to join the movement and help us reach our goal of $20,000!
