Where do the auction items come from?
- Volunteers solicit previous auction donors
- Volunteers solicit new potential donors
- Parents make personal contributions of items, certificates, or cash
- Money collected from team collections is used to purchase items
- Re-gifting is encouraged...and we promise not to tell!
BK Boosters Auction...Where Does the Money Go?
Here's a small sample of what the BK Boosters have done:
- Paid $300,000 to air-condition the gym
- Contributed $250,000 towards the construction of the 300 classroom building
- Paid for the complete renovation and purchase of equipment for the weight room
- Contributed $100,000 to the renovation of the football stadium
- Pay annually for two scholarships for needy students
- Paid for uniforms for every athletic team
- Paid for all post-season travel for teams
- Purchased computers and provided other technology needs
- Paid for team and club transportation to out-of-state competitions
- Paid for State Championship Rings
- ....and so much more to benefit the entire school community
Items Needed in all Categories - Live - Silent - Baskets - Wine
Donations, large and small, are needed. Please bring in your items as soon as possible so that we can complete the catalog for print.
What do we need ?
Vacation packages including: Beach Condos - Mountain Getaways - Airline Tickets - Hotel Packages -
Foursomes of Golf - Restaurant Certificates - Gift Baskets - Artwork - Household Goods - Certificates to Department and Specialty Stores - Jewelry - Electronic Items - Bottles of wine (with a minimum value of $20 please) for the Wine Shoppe.
Catalog Deadlines
February 22 First Deadline
March 21 Final Deadline to be included in the catalog.

Help Us Follow Up - If you are willing to make phone calls to follow up on letters we've sent to previous donors, please contact Sheila at the number above. Each year we miss securing donations from previous donors because we run out of time and volunteers to help.
Invitations will be mailed to all BK families and past auction guests soon. If you would like to reserve your tickets or a table of 10 now just call and we'll make your reservation today.

Basket Day #2 is Tuesday, February 23 - Beginning at 8:00 AM
· Volunteers are needed to help make our signature gift baskets!
· Please join us, and if you can, bring a friend. Remember, no experience is necessary and, of course, lunch will be provided.
· Can’t join us in February? Our final Basket Day will be Tuesday, March 22. Please join us then!
