Early Release Thursday at 11:45 A.M.
The last day of school for the 2016-2017 school year is tomorrow, Thursday, May 25th. Students will be released at 11:45 a.m. If your child’s transportation method home on Thursday will change due to the early release, please notify your child’s teacher and the office so that your child arrives home safely.
Please Pick Up Student Medications by 11:00 A.M.
If your child took any medications at school, please pick them up by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 25th. Medications not picked up by 11:45 a.m. on Thursday will be properly disposed of as we cannot keep any medication at school after the last day of school. If you have any questions in regard to picking up your child’s medication, please call Mrs. Fennelly, our school nurse, at 816.359.4384.
Please Pay Over Due Lunch Charges
If your child owes money due to any lunch charges, please pay these charges in the cafeteria by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 25th. Thank you for ensuring that your child’s lunch account does not have a negative balance prior to the last day of school.
Summer School
Summer School begins on Wednesday, May 31st. Summer School hours are 8:40 a.m. until 3:40 p.m. If you have any Summer School questions, please contact Dr. Wachel, Summer School Principal at 816.359.6397. If you have questions regarding busing information, please contact First Student at 816.741.4023.

PTA Spirit Wear is online! We have some super cute choices for kiddos and adults, including Pioneer Pride and PTA pride shirts with awesome bling. (also available at Fall Festival) We have samples at the school and you can order through the forms from parent orientation or online any time!
