Merciful Father, On this day, we are called to remember those who have died, And pray for their joyful reunion with you, their loving Creator.

-From the All Souls Day Collect Prayer.

From Mr. Merrick

Dear St. Jerome Families,

Today, on this Feast of All Souls, may we pray for our dearly departed, especially those from our St. Jerome Families as well as our alumni and friends.

Below, please find instructions for scheduling conferences through OptionC for November 11th. There is no school for students on November 11th. If your teacher does not have any open slots or you can not make a time on that day, you may email your child's teacher to schedule another mutually convenient time.

Picture retakes will be on Thursday. If you are having your child's pictures retaken, please send back the original pictures on that morning.

Yesterday, Fr. Reilly celebrated Mass for the Feast of All Saints. Mrs. Gipson’s 7th grade class served as readers and gift bearers. Following the liturgy, we recognized our Students of the Month for October, who were chosen by their teachers for living the virtue of friendship:

St. Jerome School: Julie Knellinger, Joseph Fitzhenry, Kylie Denofa, Harper Smith, Jake Yacko, Charlotte Sweet, Yaretzi Mata, Alexa Pesce, Travis Mac Carter, Bridgett Elliott, Edward Fitzhenry, Kaitlyn Harrigan, Lucas O’Brien, Alyssa Roebuck, Luke Fanelli, Alexandra McCormac, Brendan Vena, Emma Hand, Lucas Barber, Emily Harmon, Noah Crooks, Damien Kehl, Justin Powell

St. Lucy School: Arianna Washington, Vivienne Roberts, Jordan Jennings, Charles Femmer, Layan Rihan.

We will be working on the virtue of courtesy for November.

Thank you to our Student Council members for sponsoring the Pumpkin Decorating Contest. There were many festive and creative entries. Congratulations to the winners:

Most Original: Ice Cream Cone (Grace, 2nd)

Cutest: Phillies Cat (Julianna, Pre-K4A)

Scariest: Scream (Miley, 5th)

Silliest/Funniest: Minion (Julie, KA)

Also, the hard working Student Council members did a great job organizing games for our little ones at the Home & School Trunk or Treat event. Thank you for making Halloween extra special this year!
