PRAYER
Opening Prayer
Oh Lord, as each day starts anew, I know all things are made by You
You make the clouds and gentle rain. You make the sun come out again.
You make the rainbow in the sky, and the birds that fly up high.
You make the flowers and every tree. Thank You, God, for blessing me.
Amen

MEMORY VERSE
This Week's Memory Verse - Psalm 95:1-4
"Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song.
For the Lord is the great God, the great King above all gods.
In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him."
I always learn scripture better when I can put music to it. If that sounds like you, too, you can use this music video to help you remember this verse about our praise and worship to our great God.

and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze...Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life." - Philippians 4:6 - "Do not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving present your request to God."

AFFIRMATIONS
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8), and because He is steadfast, who we are in Him remains the same regardless of circumstances. These statements remind us whose we are and who we are Because of who Jesus is.
Speak these statements together as a family.
