We all have teachers in our lives we admire and appreciate. Now, we get to show them!
We're excited to announce the launch of Stride’s Thank My Teacher, a platform that provides an opportunity for parents and students (age 13 and above) to show their gratitude to the teachers and other education professionals in their lives. As a parent/guardian, you understand the positive impact teachers can have on our children, and Thank My Teacher is the perfect way to express your appreciation. It's a great way to acknowledge the incredible work they do, and to let them know how much they are appreciated.
To get started, simply visit https://thankmyteacher.k12.com and create an account. You can then search for your teachers by name, or, if they're not on the platform yet, you can invite them to join. Once you find your teacher, you can write a note of thanks and post it to their profile. It's that easy! Keep coming back to read your teachers’ gratitude walls and let the gratitude flow!
We hope you'll join us in using Thank My Teacher to thank the teachers and education professionals who do so much for our children. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We look forward to seeing your notes of thanks on Thank My Teacher!

Students in this year’s Innovation Challenge could sign up individually or as a team of up to three and submit a proposal for their proposed solutions for one of six environmental themes.

Provide Your Feedback!
As students, you are the heart of K12/Stride, and your feedback matters. In fact, feedback is essential to improving any service or product, including education. This is why students in grades 3-12 will soon be given the opportunity to provide feedback on your classes and teachers through a survey that will pop up on your launch page approximately 4 weeks before the end of the school year.
Your thoughts and opinions are valuable, and they will help your teachers and school administrators make informed decisions about how to improve your learning experience. By sharing your feedback, you can help create a better learning environment for yourself and for future students.
Your feedback can help your teachers understand what they are doing well and where they can improve. For example, if you find that a particular teacher's teaching style is difficult to follow, you can let them know through the survey. If you feel that a particular teacher has excellent communication skills, let them know.
It's important to note that the survey is optional, but we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity. You will only be given the option to survey 2 times, so make sure you take the time to provide thoughtful and constructive feedback.
