Closing
Given that, there are positive and negative leaders, but each leader has their own special quality that makes them unique. For example, Mandela once said, "When you want to get a herd to move in a certain direction, you stand at the back with a stick. Then a few of the more energetic cattle move to the front and the rest of the cattle follow. You are really guiding them from behind. That is how a leader should do his work" which means, that its always better to give than to receive. Nelson Mandela has a servant's heart, Marc Antony had confidence and Bill Gates has good people skills. The qualities of leadership as evidenced through a servant's heart, confidence, and people skills influence society by bringing positivity and inspiration to society.
