Use this to leverage fence sitters. Let them know that while this train is not stopping, they are NOT at all too late for the party! Tell them the time is now and help them see a bigger picture. Sometimes fear can block everything, but genuine excitement, encouragement and support can make all the difference.

Back to Basics
An easy way to keep your daily IPA focused and not get overwhelmed is with this 3-2-1 method.

2 - follow up conversations
1 - conversation with a team member
When broken down like this, it is a more manageable way keeping track of your activity without getting bogged down at the computer. Plan your list at the top of the week, or on Sunday so that you can knock out your "work" and get get on with your day.
Give Fence Sitters a Nudge!
Once a month, pick up the phone, send an email or a text to fence sitters in order to keep your business on their minds. Remember, it's your job to reach out to them, not the other way around.
If you need help, just ask!
We have an abundance of resources available to us: Business Development Library, C&C Website, numerous FB pages. But if you're stuck or if there is a question that you can't find the answer to, just ask. Same goes for shout outs! If you want a little love on a post, or a public high five, the squeaky wheel gets the grease!
