It say...
"The report said on average, adolescents in Canada spend almost 35 hours a week in front of a TV or computer screen - more time than in the classroom over the course of a year."
I say...
I think we should make a difference since 35 hours a week of staring at a screen is a huge a number and that showed not be happening. Parents do not want their children to become obese since that is a huge health concern. Obese can mean having more health problem, one problem is having diabetes, and I think that diabetes should not happen at such a young age, since it is very bad for you. These problems are happening because children have their phone, TV and computer available for them at all times, and nobody can really stop them now, since children these days are addicted to them. This generation of children are born with technology so they got used to using them.
And so...
There a many solutions to solve this problem. One solution that can be used is playing activities outside, since you cannot using any kinds of technology while playing activities, some activities that a person can do are soccer and basketball. In addition, one part that parents can do to help stop this problem from happening is giving their children a certain amount of time using their devices such as an hour a day watching TV. If their children exceed their time limit, they would be punished is some way such as doing extra choirs or decreasing about 5 minutes from the next time they use their device or watch TV.
