Directors Monthly Newsletter

April 2016

Amazing April Directors!

I apologize for my tardiness in getting this newsletter out to you, but I hope it finds you well. God is moving and I'm excited to see what His plans are for our areas! He has raised up some amazing men and women that have stepped forward into new Director roles and I can't wait to join them on their journeys. Please join me in lifting each and every one of you and your communities up in prayer for encouragement, growth & God's will in everything we do.

Verse of Encouragement

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you. ~Psalm 32-8

Parent Practicum

The 2016 Parent Practicum theme will be history!

Morning speakers will present practical tools for giving your children a classical, Christian education at home. See the grammar, dialectic, and rhetoric stages of learning in every subject and discover how every subject glorifies God. The second half of the morning will be devoted to understanding the art of argumentation. Afternoon facilitators will demonstrate practical tools for teaching investigation and debate. (Afternoon topics may vary.)

We are striving for 100% attendance of our current families as well as spreading the word to and encouraging potential new families to attend. PLEASE share this vision with your communities and bel classical about it (keep repeating yourself, over and over and over ;)).

Here are the dates for the Arizona & Nevada practicums:

ARIZONA

June 8-10 (Yuma)

June 13-15 (Mesa East)
