Teens are now becoming obese, ways they can prevent this is they can excessive more. Go out instead of staying in all day and snacking. They can hangout with friends, play some sports, do something active instead of being couch potato.

2:30-2:40 -Stretching your legs
2:40-2:55 -Simple exercises ex: jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, jogging in place, and many more
2:55-3:15 -Go on treadmill
3:15-3:30 -Lift weights
