About

The Biannual Blogathon Bash blog is the home base of the blogathon. The blogathon is a FREE ONLINE event for bloggers of all types that occurs twice a year. Think of it like a mix between an online conference and a blogging challenge. Bloggers work on their blogging to-do list, meet new bloggers, learn new blogging skills and win prizes.
The blog also features advice and informative posts on blogging and social media.

Accepting Prize Sponsors

I'm always seeking sponsors for upcoming blogathons. Potential sponsors can find out more here: http://www.biannualblogathonbash.com/the-blogathon/accepting-sponsors-for-the-blogathon/ Prizes will be given out randomly to blogathon participants. There are different levels of sponsorship depending on what you are offering. I'm also accepting prize sponsors for the blogathon twitter parties. The sponsor is welcome to join us for the twitter party and their twitter handle will be mentioned every time we announce or pick a prize winner.

“Just wanted to say that I have learned so much in this blogathon. This is one of the friendliest groups I’ve ever been in! I’ve been blogging for several years but I’ve picked up more hints/tips this weekend than I possibly imagined!” – Donna (Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dave)

“I’ve only been blogging (REALLY blogging) for a little over a year. I have terrific blog friends that have helped me out a lot, but this weekend has done wonders for me. I had gotten into kind of a slump, and the blogathon helped boost me out!!” – Kay (The More the Merrier)

“I have done so much and learned even more. And everyone has such good ideas and is so helpful. This weekend is the best thing I’ve decided to do.” – Jackie (Savvy Suburban Mama)

“This event has been awesome so far.. I need a good kick in the butt every now and then. lol Just wish I would’ve had more time this week to spend on it.” – Tree (Mother of Pearl It Is)

“What a wonderful way to meet other bloggers of similar interests and then be able to follow them on Pinterest, Twitter and Facebook. I thank you Kathleen for the wonderful creation. I am still working on my mini challenges and I don’t care how long it takes me because each challenge a blogger can stand the chance to learn something new or a different technique. I look forward in the next opportunity. :)” – Benita

“Thank you for taking the time out to visit my website during the Winter Blogathon, and for developing your Blogathon. It was a great boost to my writing journey. It was great getting to connect with so many new people.”- Kathryn Lang

Participating in the Blogathon is the best time for me and my blog. I get to establish strong relationships with other bloggers while systematically taking care of the many blogging to-do’s that pile up over the course of a few months. I love the focus and challenges the Blogathon brings and I am eagerly anticipating the next one. Memoirs of a Clueless Woman
