Middle School Volleyball by Coach Crowley
With less than a week of practice our Lady Bulldogs had a great first game. They worked well together, had good chemistry and a positive attitude on the court. We know what we need to work on for our next game and it is nothing that cant be fixed. 8B comepted against a great team going 0-2 against Fredericksburg. 7A stepped up to compete against a very good team, falling 19-25 & 17-25.

BHS Cross Country by Coach Ashcraft
Over the weekend the Bandera Lady Bulldog and Bulldog Cross Country teams competed in the
Comfort Cross Country Invitational. There were 27 schools represented at the meet, some of
those ranging from private schools all the way to some of our competitors from our own district.
The Varsity Lady Bulldogs started the day off with senior, Caitlyn Thrasher leading the pack.
Not far behind her were sophomores Raelynn Butler, Morgan Cole, and Hannah Edwards. All
four young ladies medaled individually. Another sophomore Elexis Pearson finished as the fifth
individual for the Bandera Lady Bulldogs. Senior, Jordan Edwards, freshman, Kaitlin Doebbler,
and senior, Corrine McMullan all came in together for the Lady Bulldog team. They did not keep
team scores at this meet, but if they had the Bandera Lady Bulldog team would have fared
extremely well.
In the Junior Varsity division, freshman Ashlyn Brown led the way for the Lady Bulldogs
medaling individually. Ofelia Macias, Bietzel Gonzalez, Mia Ramirez, Gracie Wilson, Ashley
Grodman, and Tanna Flewellen all improved their times and finished respectively in that order
for the Junior Varsity Lady Bulldog Team.
In the varsity boys race, placements are as follows: Ethan Brown 11th, Logan Dybowski 22nd,
Sam Nimmrichter 26th, Kelly Columbia 41, Bailey Cox 49th, Jesus Rodriguez 52nd, Josh Short
54th.
In the junior varsity boys race, placements are as follows: Jacob Haas 4th, Braden Cox 12th,
Cody Jureczki 24th, Sage Witzeman 27th, Reese Mazurek 49th
The Lady Bulldog and Bulldog Cross Country teams will be back in action next week at the
Medina Valley Cross Country Invitational.
