- Be on the lookout for High School Book Club Meeting times, where Catching Fire will be discussed! Come and talk about your favorite scenes from the book, or the scenes you are hoping to see in the movie! Hang out with others who just can’t get enough of Katniss!
- The re-launch of The Bell is coming up – Get ready to roll up your sleeves because we are looking for some creative reviews to be written, poems, drawings, photographs, ideas and inspirations that you got from The Hunger Game series to be submitted.

On the day of the event we will meet by the video games 30 minutes before the movie so that I can sign everyone in and we can all sit together! Please arrive extra early so that you can get your snacks and drinks.

Parents: you will need to RSVP with the information below: you will not be required to see the movie with your HS student, but you will need to stay on site the entire time to sign them in and out! It would be a perfect time to see another film you've been wanting to check out if Catching Fire isn't your kind of flick - but how can it not be? It's awesome! Did you read the series?!
Reminders about all PA Virtual Outings
1: In consideration of our students with serious allergies, please refrain from bringing nut (food) products and balloons.
2: As always, to limit the spread of possible flu, please do not attend a PAVCS event if you have had a fever within 24 hours of the event.
3: For safety: All students need to be accompanied by a parent or learning coach. All students must wear shoes/sneakers for the entire school event and please refrain from bringing pets.
4: If there is a possibility of severe weather, please check Blackboard the day of the event in case the event is cancelled due to weather.
5: All PAVCS events are tobacco free. Please do not smoke near or around any children or the outing facility.
