2019-20 Goals: Goal #6: Coaching Culture. Last year, administrators started exploring Stephen Covey's 7 Habits. This year, the admin team will continue that work, diving in deeper to each habit to shape how they coach and lead in their work.

Construction Update: Michael Schmitz (Stahl Construction) - Multiple construction projects are wrapping up in the district. The IT annex (current Community Ed building) is down to punch list items before it's complete and ready for move-in. The baseball/softball complex is getting concrete work done and then landscaping work can begin. At JMS, the punch list is expected to be complete by the end of the day on Wednesday. The new district office is expected to meet substantial completion by September 9. Final paint and touch ups, ceiling tiles, and finishes are all being done now. Custodial crews will move the district office staff on September 20, with the first full day in the new office expected to be September 23.

Both September board meetings will take place at the current district office, 5608 Merle Hay Rd. Starting in October, board meetings will be held at the new location, 6510 NW 62nd Ave, Johnston.

September board meetings will be held on Monday, Sept. 9 and Monday, Sept. 23, both at 6 p.m. at the District's Administrative Resource Center, 5608 Merle Hay Rd, Johnston IA.
