Please complete one request per student no later than September 22, 2021 to be effective for the first day being September 24th. We are requesting the form to be completed so that we can make the routes as short as possible for students to arrive home in a timely manner. If you need to add your student for a later date that Lebanon is not in session, you may complete the form at any time 72 hours prior to the scheduled date approaching. If you have any questions, please let me know!

Parish Picnic
Our Parish Picnic is next Sunday, September 26th beginning at 4pm.
We are looking for some volunteers who will coordinate games for the kids.
If you are able to help, please contact the parish office at 932-2601.

Parent-Teacher Conferences
Grades K-4 Parent Sign Up: https://signup.com/go/pLrRYhg
- Please sign up for a time to meet with your child's classroom teacher.
- Virtual conference times can be arranged with the classroom teacher.
- First Grade will need 8+ families to sign up for a virtual conference time. Please contact Miss Rogiers to schedule a virtual conference time.

- Please take time to sign up for a conference.
- Since it will be hard for all 5-8 grade families to meet with all 4 teachers, please choose 1-2 teachers to meet with during Parent-Teacher Conferences.
- Virtual conferences will be available by scheduling the conference directly with the teacher.
Please sign up for a Parent-Teacher Conference by Friday, September 24. Families who do not sign up for a conference time will be assigned a time.
Trunk-or-Treat- Friday, October 29
Yearbook Photo Submissions
The Yearbook Committee is looking for school event pictures of your children!
First day of school, Prayer Services, school sports (golf, cross country, volleyball, basketball, track, etc), Halloween, Girl/Boy Scouts, Christmas Program, Service Projects, and anything else related to school are needed.

After School Care Posting
COVID-19 Notice
St. Francis de Sales School is committed to the safety and health of our students and staff. We want to inform you that we have recently received information that 2 students have tested positive for COVID-19. Anyone identified as a close contact will be notified as part of the COVID-19 contact tracing.
Please remember that the Mask Policy for St. Francis de Sales School is Parent Choice. As a parent, you have the choice for your child/children to wear a mask during the school day. Please discuss the mask decision with your child. Your child/children will be responsible for wearing the mask during the school day.
Cleaning and disinfecting of the school is thoroughly completed on a daily basis. Hand Sanitizer is available throughout the school.
If anyone in your household develops symptoms or tests positive for COVID-19, they should immediately isolate and contact your medical provider(s). Please notify the school if there is a positive case in the family.
