Principal's Message

Dear Families and Friends of Boone School,

With just 15 school days left to go in June, summer vacation is almost here! It has been a great year of learning and growth, and I appreciate every day I have had the opportunity to work with all of you.

Throughout this year, our school community has focused on the message “Work hard and be Kind.” As another school year comes to an end, I invite us all to reflect once again on these words and how they have helped us grow. How will you work hard and be kind over summer vacation? I hope you will carry this message with you wherever your summer takes you!

Jackie Delaney, Principal

Farewell to Mr. Octavio Suarez & Ms. Lauretta Williams

We'd like to give a fond farewell to two members of our Boone family who will be retiring at the end of this school year. Ms. Williams has shared her amazing talents and love for children for over 20 years at Boone, with her last 12 years in Kindergarten. Mr. Octavio Suarez has served as a custodian at Boone for 11 years, working so hard every day and giving his best to keep Boone clean and running smoothly. We appreciate both of you and will miss you both so much! Thank you for your many years of service--may your kind and generous spirit live on at Boone!
