Hudson River Sunrises: A Year-Long Photo Project

On November 15th at 6pm, award-winning photographer Susan Meyer will be sharing her latest project, a compilation of and reflection on photos she took daily from August 2022 to August 2023 of the same spot on the Hudson River, at sunrise.

The photos will be shown at two different speeds to show both the changing location of where the sun rises in the sky, and to allow viewers to take in the rich variety of sunrise images. Susan will share what she learned and experienced during this yearlong photography project, and how committing to this project added value and meaning to her life. She also will offer tips and suggestions for conducting your own long-term photography project.
