Start and end times: 8:20 am to 3:12pm students will be allowed in the building at 7:45 am.

Dismissal is 3:12 pm. All students should be picked up by 3:30 pm.

We are excited to announce the next positive behavior incentive to students, and we need your help! Students who have 5 tardies or less and do not have an office referral in the month of November will receive a coupon for a Rice Krispie Treat at lunch on Dec. 2nd.


If you would be willing to donate Rice Krispie Treats, please click on the link below. You can send the donation to West Bloomfield Middle School, 6000 Orchard Lake Road, West Bloomfield, MI 48322 or just drop off a box of individually wrapped treats to school. We really appreciate your support! We love catching kids being good!

By now you have probably signed up for a zoom time to meet. We will send a list of ALL the zoom links so you can attend when your appointment time occurs. It is recommended to sign in and wait in the waiting room a few minutes early in case there are any issues signing into to zoom

Lost and Found

We do have a lost and found box and its already overflowing! The box is located outside the gym and has many items including coats, lunchbags, and school supplies. We have taken the items out and placed them on tables so it is easier to see items. We will be donating all of these items at the end of November.

Lakers of the Week

Luna Palise, nominated by Mr. Kucharek - Luna is a great member of our classroom community. Luna is always prepared and ready to go at the beginning of class and always tries her best. Luna is always willing to help others and go above and beyond to maintain our classroom community.


Nishan Bardizbanian, nominated by Mrs. Neeb, has been doing an excellent job in Mrs. Neeb's class. He works hard, participates often, and checks in to make sure he is doing everything correctly. He helps others when they are absent or struggling with the assignment. He has been so positive and focused on himself.


Chase Peterson, nominated by Mrs. Neeb - Chase is such an excellent role model for Mrs. Neeb's class. He works hard, participates on everything, and adds great insight to discussions. When students are absent or struggling on assignments, he sits with them and helps them catch up.

United We Walk Contest: Button Design

Our school district’s United We Walk Committee has an event each year celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The students have the opportunity to create a design that will be the inspiration for our 2023 United We Walk Button.


Students can draw a piece of art about what Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s life and legacy means to them focusing on Dr. King's message: "I Have A Dream. . .1963-2023. We know that our students are awesome!! Let's give them a chance to share their amazing skills. The attached information will provide more details. Please submit any contest entries to Jennifer.Graham@wbsd.org no later than Friday, December 9. Thank you for your help, time, and support.

Absences must be excused within 24 hours of the date

Medication at school

If your student must have access to, carry or take ANY prescribed OR over the counter medication while at school, a form attached below, completed and signed by a doctor, must be on file in the main office.


This includes, but is not limited to Tylenol, Tums, prescriptions, and Advil. Under no circumstances can a student be in possession of medication without the proper forms on file. Students possessing medication without the forms on file or distributing medication to other students will be subject to discipline following the district's Code of Conduct.
