Rebecca Clarke | Principal

Dear parents and caregivers,

I hope that you all had a wonderful school holiday. It was lovely to see all our staff, students and families looking relaxed and happy to be back at school, ready for our final term of 2022.

Celebrating ‘Grandparents Day’ was a joyous occasion at St Elizabeth’s, and a fantastic way to start the term! It was so nice to welcome all our Grandparents to our school! I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating and meeting the wonderful individuals that hold such a very special place in our students’ hearts. Some of our Grandparents travelled distances to attend this day with everyone walking away very happy and thrilled to be invited into the classrooms. To our Father Peter and our Early Years team, thank you for a lovely mass. A big thank you is also extended to Mrs Didlock, Mrs Dimond, Mrs Martino and Mrs Burgess for organising a delicious morning tea for our Grandparents to enjoy. Our Grandparents Day was definitely a success!

This term is a busy one, so I encourage you to look at the ‘Term 4 - Important Dates’ which was sent out at the end of last term. It can also find be found below for your reference.

Have a great weekend!

God bless

Welcome Back to Term 4!

I hope the holiday break allowed for some time to rest for you and your family. It is pretty busy, especially if you were still working throughout the two weeks. Maybe, not having to get uniforms ready and lunches for the morning rush, did allow for a little space in your morning.

I appreciate that just the thought of it being the middle of October, means we are headed towards the end of the 2022 school year. It also means everything comes quickly over the next couple of months. There is plenty on at school, and plenty on in our own lives. This busyness does mean we can start to feel some pressures around having to get things done. I understand this for you as parents. Just make sure you are looking after yourself and others during these times.

Year 5 Camp - Parent Information Meeting

We will be holding a Year 5 Camp - Parent Information Meeting on Wednesday, 19 October at 5:00pm in the library. We ask that at least one parent attend this meeting.

We look forward to seeing you there,

Chris Rebeiro and Emma Fernandez
