Field Day Tomorrow
Unless conditions appear to be unsafe, we plan to hold Field Day tomorrow (Thursday, May 23) as planned. If you haven’t registered to volunteer, click the links below. We’re short at a few stations tomorrow and could surely use the help, if available.

School Improvement Survey
Elementary School Improvement Survey
Parents of Students Currently in Grades K-5:
To continuously improve our elementary schools, we need data regarding students’, teachers’ and parents’ perceptions of the school year coming to a close. Accordingly, students will be taking their school improvement surveys in May. We ask all elementary school parents to take the end-of-the-year Elementary School Parent Survey available in electronic format. The information gained from the survey will help our elementary schools set goals to improve the educational experience for the students. Please use the link below to access the survey:

HANDS ACROSS THE DISTRICT – Coordinator for volunteers through the Hands Across the District. The coordinator will send out sign ups and organize incoming volunteers and send committee heads volunteer information. The coordinator will also coordinate TB testing with volunteers. (1 Coordinator needed)
BINGO –Coordinator and Co-Coordinator – Coordinate BINGO night and help collect prizes around the town through donations. Bingo night is in March of 2020. (2 Coordinators needed)
Lip Sync – Coordinator and Co-Coordinator, to help run the 2019 Lip Sync in April. (2 Coordinators)
Prime Time Reading – Co-Coordinator needed for next year years 3-5th grade Prime Time night in October 2019. (1 Co-Coordinator needed)
Prime Time Reading - Co-Coordinator needed for next years the K-2nd grade Prime Time Reading in February 2020. (1 Co-Coordinator)
Holiday Gift Shoppe –Coordinator and Co-Coordinator to help run the 2019 Holiday Gift Shoppe. (2 Coordinators needed)
Video Literacy Program - Co-Coordinator to help run video literacy. Coordination on permission slips, scheduling the taping and taping of the students. (1-2 Coordinators)
Ice Cream Social – Shadow the current Coordinator at the June 2019 and run the social in June 2020. (1 Coordinator/Shadow)
