Wet Wednesday @ Splash Island

Wednesday, June 17 at 7:00 p.m.


All incoming 6th graders through outgoing 12th graders are encouraged to come and bring friends!


We will meet in the front entrance to the Aquatic Center Pick up will be at 9:00 p.m. at the entrance to Splash Island.


It is no cost for youth who already have Aquatic Center memberships, but will cost $5.00 for non-members. The parish will cover any cost over that for youth who do not live in Plainfield.

*You will only miss school on November 20. It starts in the afternoon on the 19th

All current 8th-11th graders and Safe & Sacred/background checked adults are invited to come!

Cost: $285 plus costs for meals (we will do some fundraising for meals as well).

Cost includes bus fees for transportation to and from Lucas Oil Stadium each day.

KINGS ISLAND TRIP

All incoming 6th-12th graders are invited…bring your friends! I will also need plenty of Safe & Sacred/Background checked adults to help chaperone. Middle School Students will travel around the park with adults. High School students will check in twice throughout the day.

DATE: Wednesday, July 22

TIME: 7:30 a.m.- approximately Midnight

COST: $40.00 (includes tickets to both parks and travel by the St. Susanna School Bus)

Write checks to St. Susanna.

We are meeting in the St. Susanna Parking Lot.

E-mail Ellice if you are able to attend. Turn in money and forms by July 1 to ensure your spot is saved on the bus & I’m able to order your tickets before heading out on mission trips & vacation.

PEER: HS Youth Group Meetings-

PEER is what we call our high school youth group meeting. All incoming 9th-outgoing 12th graders are welcome!


During the summer we will have the following PEER Gatherings:

June 24: Peer Pool Party- contact Ellice for details

July 1: Regular Peer in Resource Room from 7:00-8:30 p.m.

July 29: Senior Send-off Cookout- 6:30-9:00 p.m.

August 5: Regular PEER with Water Balloons- 7:00-8:30 p.m.

St. Mark's Food Pantry

August 13

5:00-7:00 p.m.


All 6th-12th graders are welcome to meet at the Food Pantry to help serve the community. Contact Ellice Bedel for a Permission Slip. We help the 2nd Thursday of every month, so you can add it to your calendar! Safe & Sacred-trained adults are also welcome to help as chaperones!


** We will not be helping in June and July due to the St. Susanna Festival and Mission Trips in July.

Confirmation Retreat- MARK YOUR CALENDARS

Retreat will be at Bradford Woods starting at 1pm Saturday, November 7- and will end on the evening of Sunday, November 8. This retreat is necessary part of the Confirmation program for all sophomores planning to be confirmed in the spring of 2016.


***For any upperclassmen or adults planning to lead, the leadership retreat will start on the evening of Friday, November 6 & we will start planning meetings on Wednesday, September 16-- Get hyped up!
