Intro to Yoga

For anyone who's heard "You should do Yoga"

4 week series for anyone who has ever wanted to try yoga, but didn't know where to begin

Over the course of 4 weeks we will...

  • Explore the different styles of yoga to help find a style that appeals to you
  • Learn the basic postures to gain confidence in attending new classes
  • Injury support and prevention will be gently approached and discussed
  • Discover the origins and evolution of Yoga from India to the United States
  • Become a part of a supportive and beautiful community of yogis

Sundays at 4pm starting November 30th

Cost is $30 for the 4 week series, or $12 for individual drop-in sessions


Yoga Mats and all accessories provided

Wear comfortable clothing you can relax and move in
