My Brain
Left Brain-The right half of the brain controls the left half of the body. This means that only left handed people are in their right mind.
Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I like more structure, control, clarity, focus, direction, responsibility, organization, planning, mathematical and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking. However, sometimes I need more spontaneity, expression, nurturing, social and interpersonal activity, imagination and creativity, artistry, holistic, abstract and conceptual thinking.
Decision Making
Conceptual Style
When making decisions I tend to follow the conceptual style. People with that decision making style focuses on people and the big picture of problems, considers many options and possibilities, acquires information by using intuition (your gut) and discussion with others, evaluates information by using a variety of data and applying judgement, and has a high tolerance for uncertainty, takes risks and is very creative. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as too idealistic, slow, indecisive, and difficult to control. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for loose, decentralized setting; informal and simple organization.
My Personality Type
#1 Orange
I have a orange personality. That means that I am very fun loving, competitive, creative, adventurous, multi-tasker, generous, and witty. When I communicate I am fast paced, brief, loud, interrupts, and am straightforward. It frustrates me when others are being formal, takes steps, and that are slow paced.
