Field Day Week

Field Days are finally here! YAY

Today is field day for Pre K

Tomorrow will be field day for Kindergarten

Wednesday will be field day for 1st grade

Have fun, Be safe!!


Teachers/Paras

When you are involved in field day feel free to wear knee shorts.

National SRO Day

Today is National School Resource Officer Day.

We will be honoring our SROs today. When you see them around our school thank them for the awesome job they do.

Placement Sheets

Your lead teacher has, or will have placement sheets for you to pick up from them. Please complete these and turn them into the office the last week of school.

Kindergarten teachers----please note: the Star Early Literacy is still on the placement sheets just disregard.

Retirement Celebration

Reminder: Mrs. Bebe Murphy's Retirement Celebration will be Thursday, May 19 at 3:45 in our library.

GT Talent Testing (1st gr)

The students who were nominated for GT (from 1st grade teachers/parents) will begin testing this Friday. The testing will be done in Mrs. Murphy's Computer Lab. They will be called to the computer lab between 8:15 & 8:30.

Substitutes

Teachers/Paras

We have 20 teachers/paras who are planning to be out Wednesday, May 19. If at all possible please to be school each day. It is getting harder and harder to get substitutes.


Will jeans help? Let's wear jeans the remainder of the year. Kindergarten teachers---when you have graduation please dress professionally.

Changes for the fall

I wanted to let you all in on some changes that will take place next year.


Mrs. Donna Holder will continue in PPCD as one of Ms. Sheffield's paras.

Ms. Doris Sanders will continue as Ms. Hatter's para.

As you know, Mrs. Castro's Pre K position is being eliminated. She will be teaching kindergarten in the fall. Mrs. Canchola will be taking Mrs. Murphy's place in the computer lab.

Brandy Glasgow will be taking Mrs. Dudo's place as a 1st grade teacher.
