These are the classes we presently have on our timetable, however we can always set up new classes specifically for small groups geared to your health & wellbeing programme.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I take part in the classes?


Give us a call for your free consultation and we can workout a health & wellbeing programme that is appropriate for you. We do small group training (5-10), semi private (2-4) and private - one to one and would establish the best way for your to move your health and fitness forwards.


For example, with small group training if we are looking at the Pilates route, then if you have never done Pilates before you would need to attend an introductory course which we run during daytime and at the weekends or do a programme of one to one sessions before you can join into the group classes. Technique is the key to success and results.


Please note that we don't do PAYG. Any health & wellbeing programme has to be a lifestyle change and not an occasional drop in, drop out attendance.
