ENJOY YOUR SUMMER!!

Principal Announcements

Remarkable Ringgold Primary Families,

Our 21-22 school year is quickly coming to an end. This year has really flown by. It seems as if it were just yesterday when we were doing virtual open houses and now we are having field trips, volunteers in the building, and end of the year parties with parents! What a wonderful way to end the school year. Your children will be taking the end of the year benchmark testing during the next few weeks. Their scores will be sent to you at the end of the year. This year we have two teachers retiring and their presence will be greatly missed at RPS. If you see Mrs. Stuart or Mrs. Craig please thank them for their years of service to education. Our students are working hard to attend the PBIS reward party at the end of the year. Ask your child what Be Responsible, Be Polite and Be Safe means. Our last student day is May 27! Thank you for allowing us to teach your children every day! Have a wonderful summer.

Character Education Trait

Character Education Trait for May is Self-control, which means control of your actions and

emotions; the habit of excellence of one’s character that defines one’s moral personality

During the month of May, second grade students will be visiting RES to learn more about what

to expect as a third grader next year and to take a tour of RES. Hopefully this will help answer

any questions they may have and ease their transition to RES.

Hope everyone has a safe and wonderful summer break!

Help a Child Smile addresses this by offering in-school dental care.

Our next Dental Van visit is August 29th. You may register your child online @ https://rps.catoosa.k12.ga.us/news/archived_news/what_s_new/dental_van_registration or visit the RPS webpage and click on the link.
