Three fourths of the human population undergo's stress varaying levels in a two week period. Stress is one of the main causing factors of insomnia/sleep disorder. There are many solutions to solving stress but one of the best easy solutions is..laughing. Stress can cause chest pain, high cholesterol and major cardiac problems.
Health Problems linked to Stress
There are many effects of stress and some of them can be very harmful to your health! Some of these health changing factors can be, Heart disease. With heart disease (which is the leading cause of death in the United States) this can be very serious because if you let your stress get to this point where it is harming you this much you can be very ill and even possibly die. Other effects are asthma,obesity and even Alzheimer's disease! These are all very serious effects of major stress.
Causes of Stress
Situations that causes stress are known as stressors. Stressors can come in many forms! Depending on the person there can be many stressors work, school, deadlines, tests, job interviews. The list is infinite.
Ways to relieve stress
Just like causes of stress there are many ways to relieve stress. Laughter is a big one sometimes most of the stress battle is mental so laughing and having a good time and keeping your mind off of the stressor can already help relieve that stress. Another big one is talking it out when your start to talk it out and explain the stressor to someone else it's like you are lifting the weight off your shoulders and this can help a lot.
