Term 3 Report Cards: The Elementary Leadership has discussed using a narrative format for Term 3. Click here to view a DRAFT of Guidance for what to include in your narrative. Please review prior to Wednesday's staff meeting and add comments. It will not be expected that you complete all of the sections of the template, this is only a working document to provide some consistency and support.
BBS Kits: Please use this link from Linda for any needed supplies for next year. Replenishment End of Year 2019-20. Kits should remain in your classroom.
Virtual Family Cultural Festival- This week I will be compiling the presentations I have received and will be scheduling a schoolwide Google Meeting next week. Details will follow.
Fielding Questions about Summer Resources?
To start, we now know that we will have Lexia through July and Freckle and MyOn all summer! More details and planning will be forthcoming. You may have also heard that TREK is officially cancelled for our 5th graders. Virtual activities and programming are in the works!
Classroom Clean-Out, Summer Packing and Student belongings- families who did not pick-up items last week should email me directly to arrange for pick-up. This will also be noted in the Weekly Family Newsletter.
Placement: This week we will begin placement of the special education cohorts and high needs students. We will be doing this during our staff meeting break-out sessions. Please complete the placement spreadsheet by the end of the week to contribute relevant information. Remember, this is a highly confidential process and all placement decisions up until the last day of school are DRAFT only. Please let me know if you have any questions about the spreadsheet. Check the last Staff Meeting agenda for the link. ALL UNIT A Staff have portions to contribute.
Welcome to First Grade! Videos still needed. If you are a member of the first grade team in any capacity, please make a very short video introducing yourself (think 20-60 seconds long) and email it to me.
Virtual Field Day! The first week in June will be field day week in PE! You can find a preview video here, already formatted in GoogleSlides. Please send this video out to your Greenlodge students to help get them hyped for this nontraditional at home field day. Stay tuned for more hype videos and details.Shout out to the Elementary PE Department for pulling this together!
