All about the 24 Day Challenge
My 24 Day Challenge Story
I started the 24 day challenge on January 11th, 2016. I was extremely overweight and it was very noticeable. Besides being in this state destroying my self confidence, I felt completely awful both physically and mentally.
Before, I was always tired: everyday I would wake up, go to school (or work), be very tired during work hours, get home, and take a nap until dinner. This created a very poor sleeping pattern that I just couldn't break on my own.
Before, I craved junk food: I have always tried my best to eat a proper, well-rounded diet. Although, before I had started my first 24 day challenge, I always had a strong craving for soda and junk food.
During, I felt the changes: right away, personally, I could feel the changes in how I felt, ate, and slept (along with other things). Life is looking good... goals are getting closer!
After/Results: My 24 Day Challenge has ended. 14 pounds down & many inches!
I had improved energy and focus. My overall mood was joyful. I felt like a new person, like weight had been removed from my body (oh, it had been)! A really cool thing is, that personally, I could SEE my body changing!
Currently, today: since Jan. 11 'til now (March 11), I am 20 pounds down and the inches are still leaving my body! I myself continue to notice the difference, I feel fantastic, my clothes are fitting better (today I chose a shirt that I've had for over a year, a button-up, that did not fit me when I had purchased it... but it did today)!
What it really exciting is that my friends and family are seeing the changes in my body composition, energy, and attitude.
