A Note From Mrs. Anderson
Powell Families,
It's hard to believe we are already in September! If you and your family live in the College Park feeder zone, please join us for the CPHS Homecoming Red Wagon Parade on Wednesday at Market Street (more details below).
If your child has joined the choir, practice will begin on Thursday morning!
Fall pictures will be taken on Friday! These pictures will be used in the yearbook and are available for purchase. Forms for purchase should be coming home today, Friday.
If you would like to eat lunch with your child, be sure to sign up on the sign-up genius. This link will always be at the bottom of this newsletter each week. We have very limited space in our cafeteria. When you arrive to eat lunch with your child, be prepared to show your ID in order to enter the building. If you arrive to eat lunch and have not made a reservation, you will be asked to return on another date if all of our reservations have been filled.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Erin Anderson
Principal

How to Contact Powell
Will your child be absent from school or need to make a transportation change?
Please make sure to send an email to ContactPowell@ConroeISD.net. Any other email address (such as the teacher's or Registrar's) may be missed! That individual might be out of school for the day, and it will never be acknowledged.
The ContactPowell email address is monitored throughout the day by staff and is the best way to reach us. Also, we cannot take transportation changes over the phone - they must be done in person or by email with your Photo ID attached to that email for security reasons.
If your child is absent, you can send an additional email to the teacher to see about make up work, but it cannot replace contacting us at the Contact Powell email or by calling our front office line at 936-709-1700.
