O'Neil's News

This school year our school wide theme is Work Hard & BE KIND. We are encouraging our students to strive to give their best. In the month of September, classes will be researching examples of individuals who have demonstrated hard work throughout history. (We hope to model true dedication to hard work promotes self-growth.) Students have also been sharing examples of acts of kindness in our school. Respect for oneself and others will be honored throughout the year.

As the Fall season begins, please have your child take advantage of one of our great youth sports programs. Currently, we offer youth football, flag football, youth cheer and youth soccer. These programs are a great opportunity for your child to socialize with their peers and enjoy some exercise.

Every Friday at CUES is Blue and Gold Day! We encourage our students to wear their favorite Columbia gear or our school colors. Students receive an Eagle ticket to win prizes when they wear their blue and/or gold. Please join us in honoring our school pride! Go Eagles.

You may stay connected throughout the school year with our weekly newsletter and on our CUES Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CUESGOEAGLES/. I will also send updates by using the Remind App. Instructions for the App were sent home with your child.
