Hamilton County Kids Coats
Do you have coats in your closets that you no longer use? Pass them along to someone who will! Beginning Monday, Sept 26th through Friday, Oct 14th, we will be collecting gently-used coats of ALL sizes (as well as other "winter wear" such as snow pants, boots, hats, gloves, etc.). Donated items will go directly to Hamilton County Kids Coats to support their six coat giveaways across Hamilton County later this fall. Simply bring in your items and drop them in the donation boxes located at the main entrance, door #9 and door #32! Click the link for more information on donations and volunteering. Each year, HCKC distributes thousands of coats and so on behalf of kids and families across Hamilton County, we thank you for your support!

Westfield Washington Schools is committed to meeting the needs of each student. The best way to accomplish our mission and vision is to ensure that every position in the district is filled with a caring individual dedicated to ensuring each student learns and grows. Being part of a dynamic team, working to ensure each student achieves their full potential is inspiring and energizing. Applying and working as an Instructional Assistant (IA) in one of our schools is an excellent career choice for individuals who would like to make a profound difference in the lives of children. All nine schools currently have open IA positions. We offer full-time and part-time positions. Our IA positions allow parents to work during their students' school schedule - thus eliminating the need for child care - while directly contributing to the success of their student’s school. We operate at optimal levels when we are fully staffed with IAs.
If you are interested in joining our team, please contact your building principal or assistant principal or click here to apply. If you have any questions about these opportunities, please contact Stacy McGuire, Assistant Director of Human Resources, at mcguires@wws.k12.in.us.
