What is Flexibility and it's Benefits

Flexibility is the ability of the joints to move at their full range of motion.

Being flexible can give you a lot of health benefits such as, preventing poor posture, preventing aches and pains and it helps your heart. It can even help you balance your emotions.

How to Improve your flexibility?

You can improve your flexibility by stretching 3-5 times a week for 30 seconds. To maintain flexibility stretch 1-3 times a week for 10 seconds.

Do this before and after activity.

My personal experience

I had scoliosis for 3 years, my therapist would make me stretch for 20 seconds. Now I am more flexible and my posture is so much better. I can stand tall without any pains in my back.
