A major person during 90s was Bill Clinton. For most of the 1990s Bill Clinton was President. While in office he accomplished the lowest unemployment rates in 30 years, he had low crime rates, high home ownership, and created a budget surplus. He also reformed federal welfare, connected 95% of schools to the internet, and he paid off $370 billion of debt during his presidency.

In the 90s the Chicago Bulls were pretty impressive. They managed to get six NBA championships and only missed the playoffs once. They had remarkable players including Scottie Pippen, Phil Jackson, and Michael Jordan, all of which won the six titles in eight season. Michael Jordan was the face of NBA back in the 90s.
