Dinner is Served!

Battle for the Paddle-Cross Country will be at the DMS/SVMS campus on October 7th. The first wave starts at 4:00.

HyVee hot dog meals will be available for purchase from 3:30 until the conclusion of the meet. The meals will be for sale for $5 and that will include a hot dog, water, chips and a cookie. We will make a $3.00 profit from each meal with all proceeds going to the LPS Building Pride Fundraiser for the stadium.

We will also have Kona Ice for sale. Twenty percent of the proceeds from Kona will be donated to the LPS Building Pride Fundraiser.

Get your spirit on! Blue Jays vs. Gold Rush!

Schools will be selling spirit items to help celebrate and encourage student spirit.

LHS will be selling bandanas for $3 and beaded necklaces for $2.

LNHS schools will be selling spirit sleeves and spirit socks for $10 a pair and beaded necklaces as well.

There will be places for you to display your creativity and make Spirit signs as well. Please ask your PTSA head or administrator where this will be located for your school!

LNHS families let's see your best Gold Rush colors! And Blue Jays show us your best spirit wear! We can't wait to see you there!

Come for the meet, Stay for the Fun Run!

Come cheer on your students and let your other kiddos take a chance at the first ever Fun Run. This run will be directly after the meet and will give siblings and spectators a chance to show their skills!

First Ever 50/50 Fundraiser available at meet!

We will be running the first ever 50/50 Fundraiser at the Cross Country meet. We will have a table set up as well as people circulating and offering chances. Tickets will be $1 for one chance and 6 chances for $5. Come take your chances and support the Building Pride Initiative!

So you want to volunteer?

We are looking for volunteers to help out for this meet. If you are able to help out anywhere from 2:00-6:00 on this day please email your PTSA president. If you don't know their email you can email Lori Hillman at and she will get you to the right place.

Thank You!

And last, but not least, a huge thanks goes out to the parents, staff, siblings, friends, and acquaintances that come out to the Cross Country meets. The meets would not be the same without your and support. We've seen Blue Jay parents encouraging an Eagle on and Eagle parents lending support to a Blue Jay runner. We clearly have the best parents and families in the district and we can't wait to see you Friday!
