Every Sunday, our troop has a meeting in which the higher ranks teach the newcomers about new things like tying a knot, first-aid, handling an ax, etc. A few star scouts, myself being one, teach the troop the most things. My troop leader corrects us on a subject and adds more to it. It usually takes 30 minutes to finish the meeting and then we go home. We learn a lot more when we are taught by peers.
