The SONY Network Entertainment International (SNEI) Command and Control Center (C3) was established in November 2014 to provide a single point of contact for all employees in the event of a crisis, life safety, or physical security emergency. The C3 has implemented the most effective and innovative security processes, procedures, and technology into the day-to-day operations in support of this mission. The C3 specializes in delivering intelligence, subject matter expertise, incident management, and most importantly, customer care.
