A reminder to families that the PTO sponsored Holiday Magic shopping event will take place tomorrow, Friday, December 13th during the school day. Students will have a scheduled time to shop for family gifts on Friday so remember to have your child bring a their shopping list and money.
Thanks to the DuJardin Student Council, Mrs. Lents and Mrs. Burritt for sponsoring Fruit with Family on Wednesday morning. What a great turnout and a terrific way to start the day! An awesome time was had by all who attended. Looking forward to seeing you at the next Fruit with Family in the spring.
Students will begin their winter vacation Monday, December 23rd through Friday, January 3rd. School will resume on Monday, January 6th . Please remind your son/daughter to bring home clothing items, needed class materials, and their winter gear. Please remind your child not to leave any food items in school and to clean out their locker/desk.
PLEASE MARK YOUR NEW YEAR CALENDAR - The January Early Dismissal School Improvement Day scheduled for January 15th has been canceled. There will be no early dismissal on January 15th and regular school hours will be held between 8:40 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
2019-2020 Illinois Parent Survey
Dear Parent, The Illinois State Board of Education invites you to participate in a school improvement survey for parents. In this survey, you will be asked to provide feedback about DuJardin School. Please consider your child’s current experience at school (i.e., 2019-2020 school year). This survey is designed to help school and district leadership improve their understanding of the parent/school relationship.
All responses are completely anonymous. Responses to anonymous surveys cannot be traced back to the respondent. Additionally, your responses will be combined with other parents from DuJardin School and summarized in a school report to further protect your anonymity. Your participation in this survey is voluntary and you have the right to discontinue participation at any point.
If you have more than one (1) child, you may elect to participate multiple times.

Beginning in JANUARY on THURSDAY's - Chicken Tenders will replace Hot dogs due to a temporary BUONA menu change.
Please remember 5th graders are at Lorado Taft on January 7-9th. Do not order lunch for your 5th grader on these days if your child is attending.
* Lunch program is available on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. Lunch must be purchased in advance - due the Wednesday before if ordering weekly.
