SRO Corner with Officer Swartz

Hello everyone. I am excited and honored to be serving my 3 rd year as the School Resource Officer. I am Officer Robin Swartz, and I am a Police Officer with the Coldwater Police Department. I have been assigned, during the school year, to Coldwater Community Schools as a School Resource Officer. My duties take me to all the schools for CCS. I am here as a resource to the administrators, teachers, students, and parents. Essentially, I am here for all of you.

I want to thank Principal Slusher for once again giving me space in this monthly newsletter to speak on topics that help keep our schools and children safe. In the past, I have spoken about bicycle safety, vaping, cyberbullying, and several other topics.

If there is a topic or concern that you would like me to discuss in this newsletter, please let me know. I have attached my contact information. Email is the best way to contact me. I look forward to another great school year of making sure our children are safe and secure in their learning environment.
